Annaliese F. Fleming, JD, LLM, is an educator, lawyer, mediator, and consultant who works with clients to develop and direct their organizations. She consults with clients on issues relating to strategic and creative planning, visioning, conflict resolution, and recruiting/hiring issues. Her legal expertise encompasses mediation, alternative dispute resolution, trademarks, copyrights, digital legal issues and the Internet, advertising and promotional law, the law of franchise and distribution, and all facets of litigation and appeal. She is an Assistant Professor of Doctoral Leadership Studies at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee where she teaches courses in leadership, service and social justice, legal issues in higher education, K-12 school law and specialized topics in doctoral research. She is also a Senior Consultant for Capacity Unlimited, and a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois legal bars. In her spare time, she consumes every work of fiction that enters her orbit.
